Strategic Study of CAE 2009, Volume 11, Issue 2, Pages 88-91
One strain of Bacillus SP. from the activated sludge is able to produce a stable and efficient bio- flocculation. The flocculation properties and application of this microbial flocculants in wastewater treatment are studied. The results show that the optimum flocculation can be reached in conditions as follows: above pH 7.0, the dosage of coagulation aid CaCl2 is 5.0 % , the flocculants dosage is 0.2 % , and the centrifugal condition of flocculants broth is 4 000 r/min min and last for 30 min. In the optimum flocculation condition the strain boasts obvious coagulation efficiency in wastewater treatment with produced bio- flocculation.

IN VITRO ACTIVITY OF EXTRACTS OF FIVE MEDICINAL PLANT SPECIES ON PLANT PATHOGENIC FUNGI
Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering 2021, Volume 8, Issue 4, Pages 635-644 doi: 10.15302/J-FASE -2020343
The antifungal effectiveness of extracts of five medicinal plant species was determined.chinensis and Pyrola calliantha were evaluated against the mycelial growth of the plantAll plant extracts were prepared at 60°C using solvents (either water, 50% ethanol (v/v),Different extracts from the same plant species gave different degrees of inhibition.

Managing plant health is a great challenge for modern food production and is further complicated byHere we present the concept of rhizosphere immunity, in which plant health is considered as an ecosystemThese interactions can potentially extend the innate plant immune system to a point where the rhizosphereWe suggest that considering plant health from a meta-organism perspective will help in developing multidisciplinarypathogen management strategies that focus on steering the whole plant-microbe-soil networks instead
